Public Consultation

 

Elgin Energy EsCo Ltd. is seeking to develop a ground mounted solar PV farm and Battery Energy Storage Scheme on land to the west of Springfield, Cupar, Fife.

The development will occupy approximately 100.3 ha of agricultural land and is located between Main Street, to the east and the Bow of Fife to Pitlessie Road, to the west with Peterhead Farm in the centre of the site.

This website has been created as part of the Pre-Application Consultation process in order to allow for comments and feedback from interested parties before the planning application is formally submitted to the Energy Consents Unit.

It is important to note that the project is evolving through detailed design and stakeholder consultation.
